Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 portions of feta cheese
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 10 olives, black, pitted
  • 8 tbsp oil (chili oil)
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fold a large piece of aluminum foil into a rectangle with four raised edges. Wrap the bacon (three slices each) around the feta cheese and garnish with halved olives. Drizzle with olive oil, season with pepper, and sprinkle with Provençal herbs. Grill in the oven at 180°C (350°F) with top heat for 20 minutes and serve hot.
