Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 750 ml sweet cream
- 3 large meringues
- 100 g chocolate shavings
- 100 g brittle
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- Chocolate shavings, for sprinkling
- 2 packs of cream stiffener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 7 hours; Total time approx. 7 hours 15 minutes

Whip the cream with the cream stiffener. Crumble the meringue and mix it with the chocolate shavings, praline, lemon juice, and the whipped cream. Pour into a container rinsed with cold water and briefly tap to release any air bubbles. Place in the freezer for about 7 hours. Pour hot water over the container and turn the ice cream out onto a cake plate. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
