Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place the flour in a bowl, make a well, and add the yeast and warm milk. Sprinkle a little flour over the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Then add the butter, sweetener, egg, and salt and beat everything until you have a smooth yeast dough, then let it rise for another 15 minutes. Divide the dough into ping-pong-sized balls. For the filling, mix the quark with raisins, sweetener, egg, and cornstarch. Place a little of this mixture into the center of each piece of dough and form them into balls. Grease a rectangular baking dish, turn the dough balls in it, place them loosely together, and let it rise for another 15-20 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 25-35 minutes until golden brown.
