Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 avocados
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 100 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 g black olives without stones
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tbsp herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the avocados crosswise and remove the pits, then drizzle with a little lemon juice. For the filling, thinly slice the tomatoes, dice the feta, and finely chop the olives. Mix everything with pepper, herbs, and a little olive oil and fill the avocado halves.
