Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 pork schnitzels
  • 6 bell peppers, 2 red, 2 yellow and 2 green
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ jar French grain mustard
  • some fat for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat for the casserole dish

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Cut the schnitzel into strips. Briefly fry in heated fat in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Trim the bell peppers and cut into strips. Slice the zucchini and mushrooms. Place the meat and vegetables in a greased baking dish. Mix together the sweet cream, sour cream, and mustard and pour over the meat and vegetable mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
