Thai curry with turkey breast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 2 sprigs basil (Thai)
  • 1 pepper, red
  • 1 tbsp curry paste, green
  • 40 g herb butter
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 100 g bamboo slices, cut into strips
  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp cane sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Clean the turkey breast and cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash and chop the basil. Wash the chili peppers, remove the stems, and cut into fine rings. Heat the curry paste and herb butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the turkey breast pieces. Then stir in the coconut milk, 100 ml water, and bamboo shoots. Add the fish sauce and cane sugar to the meat and bring to a boil briefly. Season with basil and chili peppers.
