briefly fried mushrooms in garlic oil

If using fresh mushrooms, clean them first, or drain canned mushrooms. Now heat the olive oil in a large pan, add the finely chopped garlic, and fry the mushrooms on high, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Then continue frying at medium heat until the liquid has almost evaporated. Then add a squeeze of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. The pan juices are perfect for dipping with the baguette bread as a side dish.
