Turkey Chop Suey with Noodles

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g turkey meat
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small jar of soybeans
  • 1 small jar of bamboo shoots
  • ⅛ liter chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 pack of noodles, Chinese Mie

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the turkey and fry in oil. Slice the bell peppers and dice the carrots, and add them. Deglaze with the chicken broth and soy sauce, add the remaining ingredients, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook over low heat until the carrots are tender (approx. 10-15 minutes). Stir in the flour to thicken. Cook the mie noodles in salted water for 4 minutes and drain well. Lightly mix the chop suey with the noodles.
