Chinese noodle and crab stir-fry

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (instant)
  • 400 g crab
  • 400 g carrot(s)
  • 350 g leek
  • 350 g red bell pepper(s)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • pepper, black
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 800 ml sweet and sour sauce – Ready-made product

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Marinate the crab in soy sauce and pepper. Prepare the instant noodles according to the package instructions. Clean and chop the vegetables. Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes. Then add the crab and cooked noodles and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Add the sweet and sour sauce and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. You can also make the sweet and sour sauce yourself (recipe in the CK).
