Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g Chinese egg noodles
- 1 pepperoncini
- 2 Pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1 small head of broccoli
- 250 g pea pods
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- some soy sauce
- some curry powder
- some paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Asian noodle – vegetable stir-fry, vegetarian
Chop the onion and fry it in a wok. Then finely chop all the vegetables and add them. Stir-fry frequently until cooked through but still firm to the bite. Cook the noodles according to the instructions. Season the vegetables with curry, paprika, and soy sauce, and adjust the seasoning to taste. Mix the vegetables and noodles and serve.
