Fancy a cabbage dish
Clean the white cabbage and cut or shred into fine strips. Heat half of the butter and fry the cabbage strips while stirring. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour in half of the broth, cover, and simmer the cabbage for about 20 minutes. Peel and finely dice the onions. Brown them in the remaining butter in a pan. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper, and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 175°C. Mix the remaining broth with the tomato paste. Roughly crumble the feta cheese. Place the white cabbage and minced meat in a greased dish. Spread the feta cheese crumbs on top and pour the meat broth and tomato paste over it. Whisk together the eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper, and pour over the casserole. Bake in the preheated oven at 160°C on the lowest rack for about 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
