great starter from the grill

Wash and trim the zucchini and bell pepper. Peel the onion and garlic. Rinse the parsley briefly and toss dry. Chop everything, mix well with the cheese and lemon pepper, and coarsely puree. Wash the squid tubes in cold water and pat dry with kitchen paper. Fill them tightly with the vegetable mixture, seal with toothpicks, and grill briefly. Then continue grilling indirectly with the lid closed for 20-25 minutes at medium heat. If you like, you can also smoke the tubes a little over the glowing coals with a few soaked wood chips. A tomato salad goes very well with this dish.
