Cut the meat into 3 cm cubes and fry in the hot lard for about 10 minutes. Peel the onions and garlic, roughly chop them, and add them. Fry for another 10 minutes. Add a generous pinch of salt and the paprika and pour in just under 1/4 l of the liquid. Braise the meat over low heat for about 1 hour 40 minutes until tender. Stir occasionally and add more liquid until it is used up. After cooking, the sauce should be creamy. Transfer to a warmed bowl and serve sprinkled with parsley.
