Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 4 tbsp oil (preferably flavored with garlic)
  • n. B. water
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 3 large onions
  • 150 g ham (Katenschinken)
  • 2 spring onions
  • e.g. Parmesan, freshly grated and
  • n. B. Cheese (goat cheese)
  • 2 Pepper, red and green
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • rosemary
  • Italian herbs (frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a dough from flour, (garlic) oil, water, and salt. It should not feel sticky. Thinly slice the onions. Slice the spring onions and chili peppers into rings. Mix the crème fraîche and sour cream with the crushed garlic, pepper, salt, rosemary, and herbs. Roll out the dough very thinly and spread with the crème fraîche mixture. Arrange the onions, ham, spring onions, chili peppers, and cheese on top. Season with pepper and salt to taste. Bake in a preheated oven (fan oven) at the highest setting for about 20 minutes, until the crust is crispy.
