Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 8 onions
- 50 g raisins
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Slice or grate the onions into thin rings and fry gently in a little oil until softened. Add the raisins (soaked slightly if desired). Stir in the sugar and honey, cover, and simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, stir in the sour cream and season the onions with salt and pepper. Spread over the puff pastry, leaving a 1 cm border around the edges. Bake at 160°C (pizza setting) for 20 minutes. Bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes, until the edges of the puff pastry are golden brown. Enjoy!
