Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g rice (Patna rice)
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 ml oil
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 can of corn
- 150 g crab
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Finely dice the onion. Fry in oil. Add the rice and fry until translucent. Add the salt, sambal oelek, and curry powder, and stir briefly. Add the rice cooking water to the pot. Stir. Add the can of corn. Stir. Cover the pot and let it cook. When it’s done, stir in the prawns.
