Tagliatelle with Brussels Sprouts

The perfect tagliatelle with brussels sprouts recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Fresh tagliatelle, 4mm or 6mm wide
  • Salt water
  • 300 g Brussels sprouts, armed and planed
  • Olive oil for stir fry
  • 4 Pc. Walnuts, finely chopped (chopped)
  • 200 g Bacon cubes
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan or peccorino, grated
  • Sour cream
  • Sprouts
  1. Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of boiling salted water – according to the instructions on the package – al dente. Drain and drain well.
  2. Slice the Brussels sprouts thinly. Fry in a little olive oil over high heat until it takes on a light color. Add the nuts and roast.
  3. Add the diced bacon with the tagliatelle to the Brussels sprouts and let them get hot. Arrange immediately in preheated plates, sprinkle with pepper and cheese.
  4. Garnish with sour cream and sprouts.
