Sexy Cevap

Fry the cevapcici in a pan with a little olive oil. Peel the onion and chop as finely as possible. Then sauté it in a large pot with margarine. Meanwhile, puree the bell peppers and add them to the sautéed onions. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the pot, stirring constantly until the cheese has completely melted. Now add the red wine, bring to a boil briefly, and then add the cream. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes and season with salt and pepper. Use a sauce thickener to create a creamy consistency. Place the cevapcici in a baking dish, pour over the sauce, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at medium heat (180°C) until the cheese is golden brown. Traditionally served with rice and white bread. Tip: You can also substitute the cevapcici for gyros, or use both at the same time.
