Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g fusilli
- salt water
- 500 g sauerkraut
- 1 onion(s)
- 300 g bacon
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 pinches of salt
- 3 pinches of pepper
- Fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Polish noodle pan with sauerkraut, minced meat, bacon and onions
First, cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, warm the sauerkraut in a small saucepan. In a large pan with oil or margarine (I personally use Rama Finesse), fry the onions and bacon until translucent. Then add the ground beef and cook until cooked through. Then add the sauerkraut to the pan and mix everything well. When the pasta is ready, add it as well. Mix everything well, add salt and pepper to taste, mix well again, and serve.
