Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g beans, white, from the can
  • Oil for frying
  • 3 large onions, diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 1 tsp, heaped spice mix (Berbere*)
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until translucent. Then add the garlic and fry briefly. Add the beans and remaining spices and cook for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
