Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 125 ml buttermilk
- 2 tsp onion(s), very finely grated
- 1 clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp chives, fresh, very finely chopped
Instructions

Whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, and buttermilk, then stir in the onion and garlic. Season the sauce with salt and plenty of pepper (preferably coarsely ground), then fold in the chives. You can garnish the salad with crispy fried bacon cubes, if desired.
