  • 500 g beans (long beans) or green beans
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 125 g bacon, diced
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some milk
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Best with steak or grilled meat

Dice the onion and slice the mushrooms. Trim the ends/tips from the beans. If you like, you can chop the beans a little. Sauté the onions with the bacon, then add the mushrooms and beans. Deglaze with soy sauce and a little milk, cover, and cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes; the beans should be tender. Stir occasionally. Add the crème fraîche and seasonings, and continue cooking uncovered until the liquid has almost evaporated. This stir-fried bean dish tastes best with delicious beef steak or any type of grilled meat.
