Nutella – Oat – Refrigerator – Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 60 g butter
  • 60 ml milk
  • 150 g oat flakes, wholemeal
  • 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 100g Nutella
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

without baking, makes about 30 cookies

Combine sugar, cocoa powder, Nutella, salt, and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for one minute without stirring. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Place small spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to set.
