Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6 m.-sized potatoes, floury, from the previous day
- 7 tbsp oil, warm

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
makes about 10 dumplings
Boil the potatoes with their skins on the day before and set aside. Sift the flour into a large bowl and add a pinch of salt. Peel the potatoes from the previous day and grate them into the bowl. Heat the oil on the stovetop, add the potatoes, and knead. Once you have a tough, firm dough, form about 10 dumplings and cook in boiling salted water for about 35 minutes.
