Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of noodles (Mie without egg), cooked
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 450 g minced turkey
- 2 handfuls of peas, frozen
- 1 cup vegetable broth, large
- 2 tsp curry paste, yellow
- 1 can coconut milk
- e.g. onion(s) or spring onions
- e.g. soy sauce
- e.g. salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the ground beef in a little oil in a large pan. If desired, add an onion or 3 spring onions. Add the yellow beets and fry, then deglaze with the vegetable stock and coconut milk. Simmer gently, stirring in the curry paste. Then add the noodles and peas and simmer gently for another 5 minutes. Season with soy sauce or salt and pepper, if desired.
