Chicken in curry sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 bottle of curry sauce
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp oil (e.g. safflower oil)
  • possibly fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the chicken breast fillet and fry. Then add the curry sauce and cream and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. If you like it fruity, you can also add fruit, such as a fruit cocktail. We serve it with rice.
