Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients, including the crushed garlic, thoroughly. This sauce is ideal for marinating meat (the recipe provides approximately 500 g). Sherry can also be used instead of rice wine.
