Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 ml pineapple juice
- 125 ml white vinegar
- 3 pinches of salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 1 cup water, cold
- 1 small can of pineapple, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
delicious, warm dip for Asian dishes
Combine all ingredients except the cornstarch in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add it. Bring back to a boil, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens. Note: Do not prepare in aluminum pans, as the vinegar will react with it.
