Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g coconut oil
- 7 tbsp powdered sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder, not instant powder
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 pts. butter biscuit(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
according to an old German recipe
Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then add the sifted cocoa powder and mix everything thoroughly. Heat the coconut oil in a small saucepan until it has melted, but do not let it boil. Once it has melted, remove from the heat and let it cool down to room temperature. Add 2 tablespoons of the melted coconut oil to the cocoa mixture and mix well. Continue until all the coconut oil has been incorporated. To prepare, place the cookies (I used 5 in a row, 2 next to each other) on a cutting board and spread with the chocolate mixture. Now top with more cookies and spread with chocolate mixture – repeat until all the cookies are used up. Finish with the chocolate mixture. Place the cold dog in the refrigerator for a few hours so it can set properly.
