Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 220 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 150 g chocolate, finely grated dark
- 125 ml wine (mulled wine)
- 5 tbsp wine (mulled wine)
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 120 g almond(s), roasted chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Christmas
Beat the margarine until fluffy. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and beat until creamy. Alternately beat in the eggs and flour mixed with baking powder. Finally, stir in the chocolate and mulled wine. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 25 minutes. Let the cake cool, then toast the almonds. Make a glaze from the mulled wine and powdered sugar and spread it over the cake. Sprinkle the almonds on top and cut the cake into diamonds or triangles.
