Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 15 g yeast
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • ⅛ liter milk, lukewarm
  • Salt
  • 150 g bacon, lean in cubes
  • 150 g onion(s), cut into rings
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 200 g quark
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Prepare a yeast dough from the dough ingredients and let it rise for about 20 minutes. Cut the bacon and onions into small pieces. Whisk together the quark, sour cream, flour, and oil until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough thinly and place it on a greased baking sheet, spread with the cream, and sprinkle with the bacon and onions. Bake at 250°C for about 12-15 minutes. Serve hot!
