Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g carrot(s)
- 3 onions
- 1 chili pepper(s)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 liter vegetable broth or meat stock
- 150 ml orange juice
- 4 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 2 tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Chop the carrots, onions, and chili pepper. Add the stock and butter. Cook until tender and puree. Dice the tomatoes and add them along with the remaining ingredients. Stir, and you’re done.
