Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 3 ½ kg smoked smoked pork
- 3 gr. can/n peas and carrots
- 2 large cans of mushrooms
- 3 packs of sauce (cream sauce)
- 5 cups of sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Slice the smoked pork and finely chop the carrots. Layer the above ingredients in a roasting pan, gently warm the cream sauce with the heavy cream, and pour over the above ingredients. Bake in the oven with the lid on for about 1 1/2 hours at 225 degrees Celsius! It’s delicious and very filling.
