Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 16 m.-sized potatoes
- 200 g bacon
- 2 large onions
- 300 g bread(s), stale
Instructions

Cut the bacon into small cubes and heat in a pan. Also finely chop the onions, add them to the pan, and let them soften. Add the crumbled bread and fry everything until crispy and brown. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook with their skins on. Peel the cooked potatoes, arrange them on a plate with the preserving salt, and serve.
