Plaice fillet with bacon

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g butter
  • 400 g fish fillet(s) (plaice fillet)
  • 50 g bacon, streaky
  • 50 g flour
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Season the plaice fillet with salt, pepper, and lemon. Melt the butter in a pan. Coat the marinated plaice fillet in flour and place it in the hot butter. Fry the fillet until golden brown on both sides. After about 3-4 minutes, remove the fillets from the pan and brown the julienne bacon until crispy. Add a little more butter and then spread it over the ready-to-serve fillet.
