Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry, fresh (refrigerated section)
- 6 large onions, finely chopped
- 2 tsp, heaped caraway powder
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 2 cups of crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 tsp, heaped salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 100 g Black Forest ham, sliced
- 2 pinches of nutmeg
Instructions

Line the puff pastry with the prepared springform pan. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix, then pour the mixture onto the puff pastry and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for 60 minutes (keep an eye on the onion tart). Once the top is nicely browned, let it cool. Tip: You can also add tomato slices or peppers to the tart while baking, if desired.
