- 6 onions
- 200 g flour
- 250 g smoked belly
- 250 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- 250 ml sour cream
- 2 eggs
- nutmeg
- salt and pepper
- n. B. Caraway
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the onions, grate the Emmental cheese, and dice the smoked pork belly. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a dough. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes. It’s quick and always a hit with a cozy gathering.
