Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g semolina (durum wheat semolina)
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml crème fraîche
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Toast the semolina in a pan without fat until browned (turning it frequently to prevent it from burning). Heat the vegetable broth, add the semolina, and simmer briefly. Top with crème fraîche. Season again with salt and pepper, if desired.
