Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g sour cream or natural yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- 1 bunch of mixed herbs, chives, parsley, burnet, lemon balm, borage, sorrel
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
not only for Maundy Thursday or for egg recycling after Easter
Combine quark and sour cream or yogurt. Wash and chop the herbs, then carefully stir in. Slice the boiled eggs and stir in. Serve with boiled potatoes, preferably new ones.
