Refreshing sauce for asparagus

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cups sour milk
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 box of cress
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sour milk sauce with egg and cress

Pour the sour milk into a bowl and stir until smooth. Dice the eggs and chop the cress. Stir both into the sour milk. Season with salt and pepper. As a variation, you can also use chopped wild garlic leaves instead of cress.
