- 2 tbsp oil (olive oil or sesame oil)
- 150 g glass noodles
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 4 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 onion(s), red
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup(s) shrimp
- 1 cup(s) crab

Glass noodles (cook, rinse with cold water, strain, and let cool). Red bell pepper (thinly sliced), cilantro (finely chopped, more or less to taste), oyster sauce (more or less to taste), lemon (more if needed, squeezed), red onions (thinly sliced or diced), garlic cloves (pressed), shrimp (sauté in butter, add the juice), crab (chopped or ground into small pieces). Put everything in a bowl, mix well, and refrigerate. The flavor is better if the salad stands for a day.
