Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 pack of dough (rolled pasta dough from the refrigerator)
- 1 onion(s)
- ½ bunch parsley
- 1 bread roll, dry
- 1 tbsp oil
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 300 g veal sausage meat, or sausage meat for meatloaf
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
- 20 g bacon, diced
- Water or egg yolk for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Remove the pasta dough from the refrigerator and roll it up, then cut it into squares (approx. 8-10 cm). For the filling, soak the rolls, then squeeze out any excess water and tear them into pieces and place them in a bowl. Sauté the bacon and finely dice the onion. Add this to the roll along with the minced meat, sausage meat, and eggs and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and knead in the chopped parsley. Brush half of the edges of the dough squares with water or egg yolk, add the filling, and fold over. Press the edges together firmly. Place in boiling salted water and simmer for about 15 minutes until tender. Leaf salad goes well with this.
