Wild garlic quiche

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 20 g butter
  • some milk
  • 200 g wild garlic, fresh
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g trout fillet(s), smoked
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Herbs (garden herbs)
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a firm yeast dough from flour, yeast, butter, milk, and salt and spread it thinly on a greased baking sheet. Clean the wild garlic and finely chop it along with the trout fillets. Mix it with the cream cheese, eggs, flour, spices, and herbs until smooth. Spread this mixture evenly over the yeast dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
