Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g lentils, red
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • 1 tsp all-spice
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper
  • some curry or tandoori
  • some chili sauce
  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped
  • some mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • some oil
  • some lemon juice or vinegar
  • possibly sesame

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the lentils with the thyme for about 15 minutes until soft, then remove the thyme sprig. Meanwhile, peel and dice the onion and garlic, then fry in oil. Once the lentils are cooked, drain and puree. Add the fried onion and garlic mixture with the oil and all the remaining ingredients, stir thoroughly, and refrigerate. If desired, add sesame seeds.
