Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g almonds (sticks)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 4 eggs, of which the egg whites
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, bitter
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • wafers

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Toast the almond slivers with 1 tablespoon of sugar and let cool. Beat the four egg whites with 200g of sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar until very stiff. Grate the chocolate and add it to the egg whites along with the cinnamon and the toasted almond slivers. Place in mounds on the wafers and bake for about 10-15 minutes at 160°C.
