Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 carp, approx. 2 kg, ready to cook
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 3 carrots
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 tbsp ginger, chopped
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oil (seafood oil)
- Lemon juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 chili pepper(s), hot
- 1 jar of sherry
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the vegetables into small strips. Place the carp on the baking sheet and sprinkle or drizzle with the spices. Sprinkle about a third of the vegetables on top. Finally, add sugar and lemon juice. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20-30 minutes. Sauté the remaining vegetables as a side dish and season with the same spices! Serve with fragrant rice.
