Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 150 ml still orange lemonade
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 2 jars of plum jam, 450 g each
  • 500 ml cream
  • 600 g sour cream
  • 3 packs of cream stiffener
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp, heaped cinnamon – sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

For the batter, beat the eggs with sugar and 1 vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the oil and lemonade, then sift the flour and baking powder and stir in. Place a baking frame on a baking tray lined with baking paper, pour in the batter, smooth it out, and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes on the middle rack, then let it cool in the baking frame. Spread the plum jam evenly over the cooled cake and smooth it down. Whip the cream with 3 vanilla sugars until stiff, fold in the sour cream, and spread the cream over the plum jam. Carefully remove the baking frame, sprinkle the cake with cinnamon sugar, and create a pattern with a fork.
