Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g herb butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with fish or boiled eggs

Melt the herb butter, add flour, gradually add cream and 1 cup water while stirring with a whisk, stir in mustard and sugar, add lemon juice and dill, and season with salt and pepper.
