Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100g pasta, I always use about 150g
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper, spicy mixture
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with tomato sauce

First, cook the pasta in a small pot as usual until al dente. When the pasta is done, transfer it to a plate. Now fill the pasta pot with about 0.5 cm of water (depending on how much sauce you want). Add the tomato paste to the water and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix everything well. Return the pot to the hot stovetop and heat the sauce quickly. Pour over the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
