Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml water
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 large kiwi(s)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 3 hours 6 minutes

Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan and simmer for about 1 minute until a syrup forms. Peel and finely chop the kiwi, add it, and puree. Pour the puree into a suitable container and freeze uncovered in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours. Stir several times to prevent ice crystals from forming. Then cover the container and store in the freezer until ready to eat.
